  1. That error means the game is already running. Try restarting your computer before starting the game.
  2. Make sure you are giving the emulator enough memory - if you don't have enough memory assigned to the emulator you will get the A>op screen, full stop. I ran into that issue when I tried to get NP2 to run on my Wii, which didn't have enough memory to support it. The only file I've had to run and set up to get the games working is np21nt.exe - np21.exe is for Windows 9x machines (which are very old), np2sx.exe is for 386SX (a specific CPU), and np2.exe is an older version of the program from my understanding.   4. you don't need to run the whole game installer - install directX from here, then attempt to relaunch the .exe you tried at first (not the whole game installer) the first window that you got was THCRAP, and it's supposed to do that on the first or second launch (THCRAP is what patches the games to have translated text) If you are still having issues after installing DirectX and attempting to launch the game, let me know - from your screenshots it appears that you are using Windows 10, which is known to not play nice with EoSD
  5. New version of the Touhou (Re)Launcher has been uploaded to the Shrine which should have a fix for the expired replay access domain issue.
  6. Uploaded a new version of the tool to the Shrine, this issue *should* be fixed with said new version, if it's not please raise a new issue and I will look into that straight away.
  7. The patch that allows the English translation messes with the original game in a way that some antiviruses don't like (generating what's known as a "false positive")... An actual infection would probably consist of over half of the AVs used in VirusTotal reporting a problem. ~ Kurzov
  8. We did some renaming of files recently and that may not have been changed to point to the new download. Please submit a report (there's a link to do so at the place where you tried to download it) and we will get on that.
  9. .ico files are icon files. You could create a .reg (registry configuration) file and apply it with a command line argument to automatically fill a filepath in but I wouldn't recommend doing that as if you mess up something in the registry, you could ruin your whole system. Otherwise, I don't know of a way to do that.

  16. @Rosel Are you still having the issue? I'm not sure why it's throwing "A:>op" - usually that's a result of not having enough memory, or from an option being set incorrectly, although by the screenshots you sent, that isn't the case...
  17. @Definitely not a weeb We are aware of the issue. There isn't much we can do about it, not our website. A little while ago, the website changed from what it used to look like to something different. If they've changed domains, I can't find them. The download here still works.
  18. IIRC the default is that Z is confirm, X is cancel. Have you changed the keybinds from the defaults? Also, what operating system are you using? (Windows 7? 10?)
  19. Alright, I'd like you to set your system locale to Japanese. This doesn't change the system language, but sometimes fixes issues with EoSD on Windows 10. To do this, perform the following steps: 1. Click START, then CONTROL PANEL. 2. Click CLOCK, LANGUAGE AND REGION. 3. Click REGION. 4. Click the ADMINISTRATIVE tab. 5. Then, click the CHANGE SYSTEM LOCALE button, and in the resulting dropdown menu, select Japanese (Japan). 6. Restart your computer.
  20. Three questions: What OS are you using? Is your system locale set to Japanese? Are you using a static patch ("th06e.exe") or an auto-updating one ("th06 (en-us)" or similar)? Windows 10 can sometimes not play nice with EoSD.
  21. Free Download Manager, and other things like it... don't play nice with our file host. They can cause the zips to corrupt and files to fail. Try downloading IaMP again. Sometimes the downloads can corrupt all on their own. Additionally, try changing your locale. That can sometimes fix issues like those.
  22. Hey, just so I can help you better, what operating system are you trying to run IaMP on? I'm going to test it and see if it will run on my computer (running Windows 7). Test results: Can't test the music (headphones don't work on my computer for whatever reason), the extraction was successful on my end, and loading is fine. This kind of issue where stuff just doesn't download or fails to run is sometimes related to download managers (such as "Free Download Manager" or "FDM"), are you using any?
