another thing is we can't really define strength in gensokyo in the same way we can in other fandoms due to the spellcard rules and the fact all the lore is vague across the board do we measure strong via physical strength which would narrow down to the yuugi, suika, kasen, yuuka and aya their abilities which would include: suika, shiki, toyahime, junko, both scarlet sisters, reisen, okuu, yuyuko and hilariously kogasa infamy among the populous like yuuka, yukari, mokou, yuyuko, koishi. the yorigami sisters, marisa....sort of, shiki and seija intelligence and information gathering which would just be aya, yukari, okina, mamizou and hecatia we realistically can't judge someone like hecatia who we have no idea what her capabilities are outside of "she rules hell" and her biggest role in the lore is telling clownpiece to stay at reimu's, granted if it was to continue it may lead to a showdown with okina but will most likely be glossed over for more characters though if i had to pick a winner, it be kogasa because then it be a surprise.

As someone who lives in the west the best idea is that I think people have become too obsessed with politics and the advent of social media where people could be anonymous giving them carte blanche to say what they want and get away with it. For the most part people don't hate the idea of "fixing art" they hate how artist go about fixing art. Say I take a look at one of your doodles and redraw it, but it doesn't look good. And then I proceed to insult you because YOUR art is bad and I fixed it. People would rightly defend the original artist and badmouth the "fixer" for how they acted while the artists will usually mass block and then shut down their Twitter account for a bit. I see the idea of art of flexible and comes off depending on ones perception and interpretation, as someone who not just reads fanfiction but reviews it on YouTube being able to understand how stories can paint a picture of any situation can be a big help but also being able to grasp that sometimes something is not for you can take one a long way in understanding
