I'm late as hell, but to put socre file in touhou 12.8 or later in Windows 10, you need to press Win + R and write %appdata%, go to ShanghaiAlice folder, you'll have your touhou games like that "th14", click on it, now you can paste your socre file. enjoy

It's a false positive, don't worry. I think it just detected virus because the english patch inject files into the game.

But Neko Project II is also good too

I just tested T98-Next, and on my opinion, T98-Next is better than Neko Project II and Anex86.
