This has been answered already in the comment section, but I'll still say it. It's a false positive.

You need to find the folder where the scorefiles are. Press WIN+R then type %appdata% then press enter look for the ShanghaiAlice folder and go to it. find the th13 folder and replace the scoreth13.dat with the scorefile you downloaded. then run the game. Well hopefully it works.
