Marovoir Posted August 13, 2018 Share Posted August 13, 2018 I'm trying to play Touhou 7, but this message shows up regardless of whether I run it on fullscreen or not. I have tried following things: - Running it on all different compatibility modes - Running the game as admin - Using dx8 to dx9-converter and running dxdiag, which keeps saying that everything is safe and sound - Downloading it from a different place (The current file is from this website) I have set up my locale to Japanese prior downloading the file.
