Poorly Drawn Remilia Scarlet

I DON'T KNOW THE ORIGINAL ARTIST OF THE IMAGE AND THE REASON FOR MY UPLOAD IS TO ARCHIVE IT

So back in December I found this image of Remillia on Wikipedia under the title of List of Touhou Project characters and decided to save the image as a joke with a friend of mine. Sometime later while checking the same page I noticed that many images including this one were removed, so I decided to find the original artist. The only place I found the images was in Wayback Machine and Tumpik. (which I doubt its safeness) I did find a few Wikipedia users who may have uploaded it but didn't contact them because 1 I couldn't find a way to 2 didn't want to disturb them for this 3 I'm a coward, so if you would share the original artist I would be glad to change it. (though I'm not online here so often) Call me unfunny but I just love the image alright?
