I have been looking for Chiyuudo"ちゆうどう" games lately and have only found some. Among them I am looking for Genso Risshiden "幻想立志伝", does anyone know of it?

That is what I am looking for. But it is difficult to get it in any way. One of the evils of this is the family situation. So if possible, I want to get it in a way that my family will not find out about it.
So you mean you don't want you family to see you holding the game physically? Hm... to be frank, I think you're kinda out of options. Maybe the only way is pirating, but there are no links or anything whatsoever when I was searching... maybe ask somebody that has the game to download the entirety of it and send it you? Although you are asking strangers....and if the stranger doesn't speak english, it would be harder for you...Damn... I think it's game over man...we lost
But if something interesting pops up, I'll let u know
