Who has the best hat in Touhou?

Tenshi's hat is one of the few Touhou hats i could wear without looking like a monstrosity. You see things like Remilia's hat that screams "I'm old and boring" and "this is my sleeping gear" 
It's like a cowboy hat, with some peaches and leaves in it.
Just look at this hat supremacy.

Kutaka’s little nest on her head seems nice to me, she can carry a cute little chicken with her all day and it’s quite unique :P

Remilia’s hat isn’t a sleeping gear, it’s a mobcap/bonnet and was worn anywhere, btw it’s not really old-fashioned because it was reintroduced in 2000s fashion thanks to the Lolita fashion

 
Kaguya, Nue, Raiko, and Nemuno.

All joking aside, there are plenty of characters with great hats/headgear. It's hard to pick the best one, so I'll talk about two underrated ones: Kokoro and Sumireko/Renko.

Kokoro is quite literally hear own headgear. She is the physical embodiment of 66(?) Noh masks, and each one is unique.

Sumireko and Renko have what appears to be the same hat. Renko was the first of the two to be created, along with Maribel as one of the only outside world humans as the only two members of the Secret Sealing Club. When Sumireko was created, she had the same surname, Usami, as Renko. She was also the founder of the Secret Sealing Club (although it was a high school "club", while Renko and Maribel are in university). Considering Sumireko is from the present and Renko is from the future, it is safe to assume that Sumireko is her grandmother or something similar. It is also safe to assume that the hat Renko wears is the same hat as Sumireko's, and was passed down as an heirloom of sorts. That is the reason why she has one of the best hats in Touhou, just because of its probable significance to Renko.

 
I love and would definitely wear any of these hats:

  • Doremy's hat: A pajama hat that looks like a Santa hat, it fits Doremy perfectly
  • Suwako's hat: You can't go wrong with this hat, it fits many outfit choices. The eyes give it a lot of personality and it's cute and goofy
  • Yuyuko's hat: A nice hat that fits a lot of clothing styles with similar colour palettes. Has a cool ghostly spiral logo that coincidentally looks like Debian's logo
  • Koishi's hat: A cool hat for similar reasons to Suwako's hat, but without the funny frog personality eyes. Will most likely need a clothing setup with a fitting colour palette
  • Mai and Satono: SHOE
  • Mamizou: LEAF

I second it (outside of touhou. I think Tsubakura, Fairies, and Tsurubami also have nice hats)
