getting 20/72 detections on virus total for the th185.exe (c0595fe926f2733612a29fac8288c50c6bdb0121ad6cce2bda9f2224b51671cc) with mixed / slightly negative score although one guy somehow gave it 55 negative votes instead of the normal one, does anyone know if this is an just extreme false positive or an actual virus?

I got 8/58 on it from my virustotal scan, still don't know if this is just an extreme false positive like you said.

yo windows defender randomly notified me that it detected a trojan coming from this game (Trojan:Win32/Suschil!rfn). ive had the zip file just sitting on my computer for a few weeks now and never touched it. its probably nothing but it looks kinda sus bruh...
If you haven't unzipped it then there is no way that it detects any of the game files, is there something else that you downloaded and extracted in the past days?
Also this detection is also used when defender detects any program that acts suspiciously such as THcrap which modifies files of ther program (the game). So if it really detects the game then it is flase positive.
