getting 20/72 detections on virus total for the th185.exe (c0595fe926f2733612a29fac8288c50c6bdb0121ad6cce2bda9f2224b51671cc) with mixed / slightly negative score although one guy somehow gave it 55 negative votes instead of the normal one, does anyone know if this is an just extreme false positive or an actual virus?

I got 8/58 on it from my virustotal scan, still don't know if this is just an extreme false positive like you said.
