Immaterial and Missing Song

Got a (sadly vague) question for you guys. I've been trawling through Touhou remixes recently on YouTube (trying to clean up my Touhou Remix playlist) and stumbled across a song. I think it was of Suika, and I know there was a ticking clock alongside gentle background music. I can't remember what the song was or find it in my history. If it narrows anything down, I keep going back to 萌樂 ‧ Meng Yue ᴴᴰ's channel to find it. It seems like the background was the one included, but an image search didn't help.

Am I going crazy? Does this song actually exist?

If anyone can help, that'd be awesome!
