Hi, I'm working on a Touhou Crossover fan game! (The crossover being touhou and my characters well character for the first one)

Big updates here!
First things first:
So the palace of earth spirits will be part of the redecartino phase. This is simply a placeholder for it for the time being

So this totals to the following for the redecoration phase:

Marisas house
Alices cottage
The scarlet devil mansion (this, thus far, will be the biggest as the palace itself will just be the hallway thing leading to satoris desk as the placeholder will show here)
And finally, the nuclear boss room for Okuu!

But as for right now, the mainstays are the ramp thing leading down to the bridge, and then the old capital the 3 pics there should be the following in order:
1. The placeholder palace again, this is for testing purposes
2. The hell of blazing fires final so since it's an action game visonary wise i thought in the end it should be built like a beat em up thing with 4 or so big platforms leading to each other. The scale of these is amazing
3. as you can see the hole which is behind the palace of earth spirits (i kinda got the idea from that drawn map if u wonder as it always was behind the palace or alteast behind satoris desk)

I have made a decision, so I plan to be more focused on gameplay, and so after this map
The modeling of the playable shall begin. His art is coming soon
(Note: the fact is that the map would be empty, I'm gonna focus on that after the music phase)
So for those who wonder
After the gameplay, at least the start of it is over (ill give more info on that when i can as I'm not to sure)
The music phase begins now that one is def gonna be a long one, but the wait will be worth it if u wonder how his theme will be (its 3 songs but trust its worth it)
Auto tune and ??? instemrntal i dont wanna bore ya with references here id rather just show when it comes out have no fear tho before its made i will give the og lyrics sheet when thats done 2!

Oh and expect me to post the custom sound effects i got made 2 once the charge hits me ill share those. Don't think id forget about the sfx for an action game because I am gonna slowly build it up but so far its going well!
(There's plenty of free sounds to fill in ill just be getting custom ones for the necessary things)

Alright, enough is enough since the modeler decided to bail on me, and I'm not going through this trouble, I'm just gonna use free models to test fret not as I have come prepared with a pack of fbx models for testing purposes
However, to open the door instead of free labor, how about this
If anyone wishes to model the touhous ill offer this
5 to 10 dollars per model (this includes their weapons if necessary to model)
And ofc be upfront with me. I've had to deal with some who were not very upfront about things, so if you don't want to accept it, you dont have to

10 for a model with a weapon (this is casue alice ofc needs her dolls and such)

Anyways, so do understand that the free models will be place holders for the sake of showing off gameplay, so yes, some will look off or be in a different style for the time being

Please be patient and you are allowed as much time as necessary. This could be from every 1-2 weeks per a model we are not here to rush things
if you wish for 10 per character and 20 for a character with a weapon then you will have to either way 2 weeks or monthly for it. Please be understanding

Good news, the map is done! And either tomorrow or Monday, I will showcase the sound effects i bought and since the playable is being arted very soon (Theres just 2 dudes before him)
His name is Equinox Calimtiy thats all ill say for now as showing the many references would get confusing for him so id rather show you folks when hes arted again soon on that but expect sfx first
(Note: meantime i have found a modeler who can make low poly 3d stuff, as i was seeking for good and cheap, so for the time being ill be using that
planned to come out next week! it will be in this order
Rumia
Cirno
Marisa
Alice Margatroid
Hong meiling
Patchouli
Sakuya
Remilia
And finally flandre)
Mini boss-wise:

and koakuma

How many of these per month? Well, 1-2 it depends really, but I'll be sure to give you a heads up when one is in production for the style here, what i speak of when I mean low poly, just something like this (note: this is for touhou models, calamity's will be detailed)
Also these will be used in the open world sequal 2 its kinda like Ashen if u ever heard of that souls-like (that's the closest ik to an open world with that style)

First 3
Loop charge (For energy attacks; when holding it down its kinda an aim sfx if u know that from DBZ or so its ment for that)
The charge then to the loop itself
Then the rev ofc, for the energy charging!
And below are just 3 variations of the telkeinsis sounds
Happy to announce the first model aka the Rumia boss model, shall be started now ofc i do wanna be clear rumia to me is a rite of passage for modelers to me if anyone wonders its my sorta test to see if they can manage it
So i hope to share the results soon!

Closer look, no worrys tho the models come with a neutral expression by default since expression gets done during the animating phase

gonna be megaman based ill share more when i have a set style megaman wise (as theres classic x and zero and zx)

BUT WAIT THERE IS MORE, the modeler who did those other Touhous did a fantastic job with Calamity, do be patient tho as the modeler has other tasks more shall be coming
Rn the tasks are as follows
Touhou 6 finishing (enemies and minibosses) rn if you wonder, we are on marisa but please be patient as the modeler has to help other people than me
Touhou 11 set (this will be also includeing mini boss (the other mini bosses are just later bosses so thats a difference) and Enemys
Touhou 8 set (same deal here)
After that its not over i have good news

I will be getting model sets and building the touhou 6 11 and 8 maps all myself it will take time but id rahter give you all something better than what was showen im gonna give you all a real 3d touhou
(Let me say this the last guys models were just taken from free assets mind you i payed them like 100 and stuff per so it feels like i was robbed casue what was i paying for if there just gonna build it with free assets)

And finally heres a remix to show you the style of music that will be in the game. Credit to https://x.com/Mingzi64andKnux they are amazing help and these zero remastered styled remixes are perfect for the game
