Im very extremist to what's demonic, for that reason even since im aware that she is just a shikigami, i can't get to feel like not hating her, im slightly confused why cause i don't feel the same about suika (who is an oni)

By that logic, you should be hating pretty much every youkai in the series as they're a form of monster and/or demon. I'd also wager good money that you would've been one of the people who sealed Byakuren in Makai for being a sympathizer of such creatures.

by hating demonic things i meant more of vibes of demons of hell, for example enemies in doom, koakuma looks like she was supposed to give such vibes, atleast for me

I definitely sympathize with that. I hate demonic things if they're intended to be that way too. But, Touhou is largely a series of many exceptions for me. And I just don't consider Koakuma to be as "demonic" as she might overwise appear.
