Hello everyone,

I have created a patch for Touhou 10, 11, 12, and 13 that adds high FPS and refresh rate support alongside other modernization features.

Here is a showcase video of all the major features:

Features:
- Supports TH10, TH11, TH12, and TH13
- High FPS and refresh rate (play at 144hz, 240hz, 360hz)
- True sub-tick game logic (no interpolation/extrapolation)
- Low-latency sub-tick input handling
- Seamless window scaling and borderless fullscreen
- Upscaling and sharpening filters with custom shader support
- Accessibility/visibility tweaks (dim background, items, effects)

Here's a video recorded with a slow motion camera that clearly shows the impact of high refresh rates:

Added experimental support for the newly release "Touhou Koumakyou: New Classic - the Embodiment of Scarlet Devil" in Touhou HFR v0.5.
