what if we made a remastered version of touhou 7

y'know the mod that retextures touhou 6? theres a mod like that for th07 but its not as well known. you can find it in thcrap

Eh, I don't really see much of a need for it. EoSD benefitted from the remaster patch since it was missing visible hitboxes and had sprites that looked less than stellar to some, both of which were improved by PCB. Only real thing of benefit would be replacing the sprites with that of the modern era and *maybe* autocollect from the start like MoF. That said, I think the game would lose some of its charm if some of these changes were made.
 
There is absolutely no reason to remaster touhou 7 in every way and aspect. and I hold the belief that touhou danmaku festival part II is just a much much shittier version. iirc, ZUN said something about not remastering any touhou ever. And as it stands, every touhou on the site is pre-patched and works perfectly. So no need for a remaster.

I was thinking of making a video about touhou 7 one day. As I have seen some ill-informed players and fans try to undermine it. Objectively it just is one of the best touhou games overall.
 
What are we even gonna improve in remastered version lol
Only thing I can think of is hitbox display, achievements, and HD textures
