To be honest, all of these covers are basically the same to me. Each cover puts the logo and subtitles on the top, and leaves room for most of cover to focus on Marisa's aerial showmanship. But if had to say one comment between the covers, I note that the French version stylized the Touhou logo as "TouHou", which is a little strange, since while Touhou is written with two Japanese characters (東方), I don't believe the Touhou series has placed a strong meaning placed on the Japanese characters individually.
Regardless, with the covers so similar to each other, I would suggest to buy the books based on the cheapest price. Through, there also the consideration on the quality of translation, through I am unfamiliar with any of these versions of Lotus Eaters, so I can't comment on translation quality.
