What PC-98 character(s) other than Mima do you want to come back?

Evil Eye Sigma's #1 Fan
As a start, I want Rika and Evil Eye Sigma to come back. (And her other tanks as well)
 
Most PC-98 characters are partially referenced in the newer ones' design.
Chiyuri = Murasa
Yumemi = Sumireko
Orange = Meiling
Elly = Komachi
Yumeko = Sakuya
Rikako = Patchy?
Kana = Merlin?
etc.
And some are stolen (like Ellen Aureus and original Alice)
So basically, Zun just can't return them. Nevertheless, I'd like to see Louise, Rika and of course Shinki and Genjii again.
 
Definitely Yumemi Okazaki and Chiyuri, i want them back even more than mima
As for other characters, im not very passionate for just every pc98 character to be back but it would be really cool if they were, except for touhou 1 characters, these, are just uninteresting imo

Despite them not being anywhere near my favorite Touhou characters (sorry, but not even among the PC98 ones), I do find Yumemi and Chiyari's designs to be pretty interesting. Their backstories are too.
Anyway, besides SinGyoku for me (mainly because it's very interesting how the character has three forms, and I'd love to see him(?) (her?) in a different Touhou game/fangame), I do agree with pretty much all the other HRtP characters being more uninteresting.

I think it's almost certain that those characters of the PC-98 games being the inspiration for the corresponding character is likely true. Especially with Yumemi = Sumireko, Orange = Meiling, Yumeko = Sakuya, and Kana = Prismriver Sisters.

I'd say that SinGyoku might be not just one of my favorite PC-98 Touhou characters, but also among my favorites just as a whole among Touhou characters because of the character having the three forms and his (?) designs looking pretty cool, along with SinGyoku being the very first Touhou boss (I also like his(?) theme). Regardless, he (?)'s still far lower on my "absolute favorites" list of Touhou characters. Though mainly because he (?) doesn't have much characterization nor screentime (not even a single line) and from him (?) not being very popular (despite SinGyoku being the very first Touhou boss), so I wouldn't really be able to like the character more even if I wanted to.
Still though, I might try to make a Touhou game concept in the future based around SinGyoku (whether he(?)'s the final boss or playable character of the game).

Despite SinGyoku not being very popular, there still are 20 pages of fanart on Danbooru.
 
For mine it's:

- Genji: Of course we need our dear tortoise grandpa back in the Windows era! Who wouldn't want him back?
- Rikako: Really unpopular pick, but with both Kanako (obviously) and the Nuclear Furnace both here and existing as of now, she would be a really interesting pick to bring back.
- Rika (and Evil Eye Sigma): Nothing much to say here, but I feel that they both would be cool to get brought back nowadays.
- YuugenMaagan: Really think it would be neat and nice for this boss to come back, especially how ZUN would do the effects on them with the Window's Era.
- And finally, Shinki: Obvious pick a bit, but it just feels right, you know?

Quick HM: - Elly: We really need more scythe girls in the series, and, hey, maybe she might make Komachi relevant again!
