What cards should i use for Sakuya(touhou 12.3)?

I decided to play touhou 12.3, chose Sakuya, and then realised i dont understand what should i use(because there are many different moves). Which should i use, and which should i avoid? Also, how do i change skills that are activated with several inputs(like the teleport move for Sakuya)
