Vpatch DLL Injection Error

Hello. Today if i try to launch any of my Touhou games (Retail and Steam) I get hit with a DLL Injection Error. I heard this is caused with Vpatch, How do i resolve this? This started happening just now, I didn’t modify any files in the games folders. I’ve been usinf Vpatch for months. Any way of resolving this? Thanks

This is already fixed (at least for me), an oversight with the latest update of thcrap caused issues but it was reported at https://github.com/thpatch/thcrap/issues/216 
Just launch your games and it should update itself.
