Uploading Resources Failing to Work

So I recently found a Touhou fangame I've been meaning to upload here, and so I've been trying to do that but when I try to actually upload the files (compressed game folder be it .zip or .7z) either 2 things happen: the progress bar stays at 0% indefinitely, or if the bar does reach 100% the zip folder icon that the guide says should appear just doesn't
It's my first time so I don't know if this is related or not but when I upload the PFP file for the resource the placeholder gear icon doesn't change (although the files you add in the description work perfectly)
I thought it was just a visual glitch but when I tried to proceed anyways it asked me if I was okay with my resource not having a PFP or any actual resource files

TL;DR
I tried uploading files in a resource and it just wouldn't work, asking if there's anything I can actually do about it

If you're using a firefox-based web browser for uploading, it might not work. It's some weird bug with how uploading works, try uploading using a chromium based web browser
