Hello. Some possible additions to this list:
1-Marisa images from ZUN's Blog
ZUN posted a lot of illustrations to his site, which can be seen in the "Miscellaneous Illustrations by ZUN" page in the Touhou Wiki. But unlike all the other images, these 2 Marisa images weren't archived, and only the thumbnails were saved, making the full images lost media
In the 2nd Dai Touhouten event, the original paper sketch of the 1st Marisa image was revealed. But the colored image is still lost
2- ZUN Oekaki images
It is known ZUN was a participant of a Oekaki chat site of one of his friends between 2001 and 2003. It is proved by looking at the wayback machine archives of the site that ZUN painted several illustrations there, but none of them were archived
There is 2 images frequently attributed as "ZUN Oekaki fanarts" around the internet. Their exact origin is unknown, but is probable they came from that site.

3- Mystia Horror Gif (Existence Unconfirmed)
Several users in JP Boards talked about the existence of a series of Horror-themed Mystia gifs based on a illustration made by Oisin (https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/2364510) that were posted on 2chan. None of the supposed Gifs have been found, and it is possible said Gifs were a Mandela Effect based on commentaries saying that the "artwork looks like it's moving" or other mystia gifs from other videos like from KamS. However it is notable that recreations of the Gifs were made by users

I remember a piece of fan animation lost media being "Gods Don't Roll Dice" or somn, and a friend of mine was raving about it and sad that it was taken off youtube a couple years ago. Yall remember anything like that?

REPEAT PV disc, by circle 感電注意
Released 6th of September 2009. Full ISO download. Nice early 3D-animated PV. Not totally lost as uploads still exist (Bilibili reprint linked here), but this PV is in its original released format this time. The video is in MPEG1 at a nice resolution of 800x448 and an average bitrate of 8500kbps. I think this is the first of the REPEAT series. There are 2 or 3 more PV discs in this series. I have at least one coming up next (still in transit as I'm writing this).
マリサ☆クエスト -お宝探し大作戦- PV, by circle Aromi Studio
Released 16th of December 2010. Full ISO download. This is the cute Marisa Quest PV based on a song by Silver Forest that some of you may already know. Not totally lost again, but this disc contains 4 720p versions that were never uploaded before to my knowledge. Folder and filenames appeared garbled when previewed with 7zip but it seems that they were in fact preserved (when opened with Windows explorer instead). Can someone confirm that Japanese filenames are indeed intact inside that ISO?
東方延喜式 外伝 -ICE FAIRY VS SHINE MAIDEN- short animation, by circle ヤング軒
Released 13th of August 2010. Full ISO download. This is a short animation that reminds a bit of the ones made by Aqua Style, but it has instead a lovely amateur charm to it. The style also reminds of the Touhou Soccer attack animations at times. A full DVD structure as well as HD encodes are present in this disc (the animation is split in 3 WMV files). To my knowledge, the full 8min56 animation has never been uploaded to the internet before. However a short demo posted back in the day is still watchable on YouTube.

Hi, I'm looking for a Touhou 3D musical animation. It's supposed to be a purple-haired girl, I think it was Hieda no Akyuu, writing at the beginning. The music is instrumental, and it ends up playing on a loop while the other Touhou girls appear. I don't know if it's from Lost Media because I can't find it anywhere, not even a reference image.
