This is a third-person action roguelite game. Players will play one of several protagonists to challenge powerful enemies in the Animal Realm and solve the source of the incident.

The game will include 4 protagonists with different fighting styles to unlock, 9 boss battles based on various Touhou characters, and nearly 100 kinds of enhanced abilities.

Man this game was so much fun, they should explain the parry mechanic better, I went through all 5 seal releases before I understood how it worked. I'll buy it as soon as I can

so how do you parry? i think i triggered it by getting attacked while charging but its not consistent

You parry just as the game tells you, "if you get hit at the beginning of your charging", but for some reason the window is SUPER tight. Like a 200ms or less timer that stats the moment you press the button to attack so by the time you start really charging after an attack you no longer parry. So you have attack and hold the button just before you're being hit to actually parry...

Idk if it is frame dependant and i had a stupidly short parry window because i played at 144hz or if it's intended but i hope they change it in the future

thanks, i dont think i ended up using parry at all since i only play marisa.

The game seems to get stuck when downloading for some reason. I'm currently waiting for it to load and see if it will fix itself soon, so if it does work, I'll update this, but in case it doesn't (as I'm only going to continue waiting for a while longer), could anyone please tell me why it doesn't download? Do you need to buy it from Steam for it to work or something like that? If so, I guess I can't play the game (unless I download the demo) as I don't have money. :/

Update: I tried the demo of the game on Steam, and quite frankly, I absolutely SUCK at it. My Lord it is HARD. I don't think I've ever played a game that is that brutal to me (not even the normal Touhou games). The normal stages are fine, but I died to Hina 4 times and after I beat her with 1 HP, I was able to get through the successive levels until dying to Aya... The worst part is that your ENTIRE progress is reset when you die save for specific things (such as those haniwa you give to Keiki).

The download does work, i think there's a problem with your connection or configuration. Also you don't need Steam, it's not even integrated within the files.

Yeah, that's...the entire point of a roguelike.

Well, anyway, thank you for replying! Oftentimes I don't really get replies. I'm still not sure what is wrong with the download on my end though. Maybe my computer just has a problem with a file of that kind.
