Touhou 7 error

I tried to launch touhou 7 and it gaves me error

You didn't rename anything, right? If not, maybe you could try d3d8to9 to see if it fixes it, or reinstalling the DirectX runtime. Maybe you could also try re-extracting the game.
The error is a vpatch error, so the game might run if you use the Japanese executable (that is, without patches).

I already reinstalling DirectX runtime but it still gave me the same I screenshot
