I pirated this game on my school chromebook in 6th grade from some random website. It was my first introduction to Touhou, so this brings back good memories.

ok nevermind i downloaded it and i tried to load "th13 (thpatch-en)" and windows knew it was a virus

Windows thinks it is a virus because the patch modifies how other programs (the game) run.
The games are safe to play, windows defender just freaks out for no reason.
