Tempest of Heaven and Earth identified as a virus by windows defender ?

I know that its written in the game page that it triggers false positives on a lot of antiviruses but just to make my paranoid mind rest : Is the game really safe ? Does the steam version trigger the same reaction ?

I know right, i remember first time playing it was ok. After win 10 update, somehow they automaticly erased the .exe files without quarintine options
