Should we integrate Discord chat into website?

Just as the title suggests.

It will be just like using Discord but of course only a certain channel will be used and viewed on site only.

We want to gauge what the community thinks on this.

it would be better if just made a bot that relays messages to and from the current chat and a certain channel in the discord

I don't it will work. They have different cultures and probably different attitudes and atmosphere.

No. I think for the best of the website that it shouldn't be merged with the Discord.

This doesn't seem like a good idea.
The forums hold a reputation of being very different than the Discord server for quite a while, as the records show. I think that merging both will make the forums lose their uniqueness in exchange for some bit of traction that's not likely to last long.
