Before the website migration, the rules were evident and posted in a place where everyone could read. Now I have no idea where they are (I'm not sure if I'm blind or not, it happened before), and I have to admit that I forgot most of them. So I ask for them to be somewhere visible to the average user.
I would suggest putting it on the "Forums" part of the website under the "Management" tab where you guys post the important stuff (where the "Lily's Declarations" are, and the "Nitori's Workshop" as well), but as long it's visible I'll be fine.
I suggest that because I think it's a good idea to refresh everyone's memories and be clear about them, so newcomers will be less likely to cause a ruckus and won't be able to say "I didn't knew about the rules! You can't punish me because it isn't fair!"
