Need help for downloading touhou on Mac

so uh, im trying to get embodiment of the scarlet devil running on my apple silicon Mac. already have the files and stuff and wine but when I try to launch it using "open with wine stable" and run the game it just gets stuck on "waiting for game to run" and the windowed screen of the game is just a black screen.so id appreciate if someone could help me run the game :)

Oh well, I've never used wine on a mac, but is it possible that you are using a wrong file? I would first use a known good exe to actually find out if wine works and then i would use an exe that im not sure about. (Like i would first try something like gimp's exe and only then i would try touhou)
