Almost all the references are British. Dio, Jack the Ripper, you know. I'm genuinely curious how would greek-themed Sakuya look now.

I personally see it as Sakuya having been born sometime between the late 1700s to early 1800s (1830s at the latest) and that she entered Remilia's service around the 1850s to 1870s. So, she had probably been to many places even before meeting Remilia.

I like that Touhou's lore is very open to interpretation, so that leaves a lot of room for extensive speculation on such things.

So what? I've been hearing the word Alice thrown around a lot these days.
Well, it might just be me. This Alice character is not a clone of Esp,
but rather the Alice from Roppongi(for those who know!). It's from Megami
Tensei. I really wanted to use the Alice from Lupupow(from a certain
unserialized publication(laugh)), but... She didn't seem to fit a
shooting game, and the song... well, it's kind of gloomy. Stage 3 had
that kind of feeling, but I only just made the Extra stage, so I gave
her a book to hold. I got that idea from a necromancer Alice I saw in
a certain fighting game at arcades recently. She's from a fighting game,
but isn't she just a person in a nurse outfit that carries two giant
books and turns into a rabbit once in a while?

That's cool. But claiming that he stole is a VERY bold assumption. Especially when said design is taken from public domain sources. Meaning the general copyright stuff wouldn't apply here. If your talking about the obvious trace of one of Marisa's sprite in PoDD then it's another story.

I'll be honest and just say that I'm really fed up with seeing fan service and NSFW stuff everywhere. I really am. It's gross, but by now, I just find it far more annoying rather than just gross.

Can't even find very many anime and manga to get into now because so many of them being filled with fan service and harem crap. I just want proper stories and characters.

I find fan service slop annoying too, literally the most unnecessary thing that for example appears in nearly every if not every arc in an anime about pirates, while reducing blood to unrealistic amounts, very peculiar.
But just like you when you first got into anime, i don't really care about fan service, maybe cuz i don't see it that much, although when i was watching One Piece i did find fan service as bigger nuisance than when watching any other anime, considering there was fan service nearly every if not every arc
