I have an issue being that the text escapes the dialogue boxes and becomes unreadable as a result sometimes

for some games like TD, LoLK and HSiFS the text does not fit in the dialogue box and escapes into the UI and is very hard to read and sometimes impossible to read if a character has the color black in their design like junko

i remember having an issue like this with len'en and the problem was that i had forgotten to install the font that comes with the english patch so maybe its the same issue?

I was just getting ready to say the same thing. I was having a very similar problem in PoFV with the text running out the box, and it was fixed by installing the font that comes in the folder with the game and English patch.

that's most definitely it but where exactly would this file be? the only game that had it was PoFV nothing in the others' files as far i can see

I'm guessing you downloaded the files off this site? That's the only other thing I can think of, not sure what else it could be.
