How do we sound like to Non-Touhou fans?

I'd like to believe we still sound more coherent than undertale/deltarune fans.

This is a very interesting topic.

In China, Touhou is considered "difficult to understand" because of its many roles and a huge worldview.

Therefore, the Chinese Touhou community is very "mysterious" in the eyes of outsiders and is an untouchable existence.

And Touhou is a game with a long history (I mean, China has not even fully popularized PS4 yet, so Touhou has really influenced a generation of Chinese people).

Chinese gamers generally respect the historic game community.

Although some people think that China's Touhou fans are "stubborn conservatives"

However, as more and more people began to be interested in Touhou, the Touhou community in China began to be secularized.

(Of course, the Chinese Touhou community was afraid of events related to Doxxing in the early years)

Most people wrap us up with weebs in general which is totally fine tbh, I've never met someone who likes touhou without liking a whole bunch of other weeb shit. We ain't special

Wait, so the popularity of pc games due to the limited availability of console games gave Touhou some edge in China, at least in pre-gacha period?
On June 12, 2000, China's State Council issued the "China Video Game Console Sales Ban Order," halting approval for new electronic game venues, prohibiting the production, sale, and import of domestic electronic game equipment, and conducting strict audits of existing venues. This was not until 2014 that the ban was gradually relaxed.

It's no exaggeration to say that this ban changed the development of the Chinese gaming industry for the next 20 years. I still believe that this ban caused a serious disaster, causing Chinese gaming development to become out of touch with the world, young people to become addicted to PC games and online games, and spurring the development of mobile games.

You're absolutely right. Since most Chinese people at the time could only play games on PC, Touhou was able to spread. As far as I can tell, Touhou appeared on the Chinese internet as early as 2002.

EIther crazy schizos, racists, or pedophiles.
But it depends on "who" here, MS has an alright reputation i believe, so i'd guess the non touhou fan or the one that wanna get into it sees us as suppliers or some shit.
