How do I delete my Post and File Download?

I uploaded a file and a post about the Extended mod of TPDP and never expected the mod's creator to update it frequently every few months. My time and motivation to update got shorter day by day, and I don't want to update it anymore.

When I recheck my post, I think my doing will eventually become a hindrance for people who tried to download TPDP to play. Since it's obvious that this file "Touhou Puppet Dance Performance - Shard of Dreams" uploaded by Cirno and the mod creator Barudo are better at making the game easier to download.

I don't remember if members can delete their own files, but if you want me to remove the page then I can. Didn't realize the mod was still being updated.
