Help, can't use "enter" key ;-;

Hello everyone, I've been having this problem on Touhou 6 - The Embodiment of Scarlet Devil. When I die I get to choose if I want to continue or not but for some weird reason I can't confirm it, like I can use the arrow keys to choose "Yes" or "No" but clicking enter isint working. (Note the enter is working fine on stuff like the main menu.)

Any help is appreciated!

IIRC the default is that Z is confirm, X is cancel. Have you changed the keybinds from the defaults? Also, what operating system are you using? (Windows 7? 10?)

Oh didint know I had to use z/x for that. Thank you ????
