Guidance for newer members regarding the matrix room of the shrine

Many arrive to the rooms with matrix.org as homeserver, resulting in many autoblocked members by those that actually use the platform and know not to really interact with matrix.org-ers.

Could we get an official guide for it so that people can interact safely with others?

I mean, we do recommend against using m.org in this thread, but it's kinda hidden at this point. I'll mention it to the others tho :3
