Getting started in Touhou

Hello! Welcome to the Touhou community!
I like to ask you, “What form of medium do you enjoy the most for media?” There a diverse amount of Touhou content out there, both official and as fanwork, ranging from games, literature, music, and art. For now, I recommend Perfect Cherry Blossom (PCB) and Wild and Horned Hermit (WaHH) as excellent starters to the series. PCB is a STG game with little in the way of extra mechanics, while still offering the core danamku experience Touhou fans have come to love about the series.

As for the other work, WaHH is a printwork that features the experiences of a hermit, Kasen, as she first introduces herself at the Hakurei Shrine. I like this work since it features a good quality of original content while still giving time to other Touhou characters within the series.
