EoSD settings file

I'm tired of my windows getting shuffled around every time I open EoSD, which file contains the saved settings? I know game dev is a lot more complicated than the PLCs I program, but most games seem to have a config file where they store user settings like windowed/fullscreen. I opened a few of the files in notepad and didn't find anything, so it's time to ask the wise masters.

late reply. if you downloaded EoSD from moriya shrine. open vpatch.ini in notepad and change the values to turn it into windowed. its much better for me cuz the shuffling happens to me too especially since I got 2 monitors.
