This just straight up doesn't run at all, checkprint.exe says (or atleast google translate says all the files are normal), not sure if i'm missing some library the setup would of had or if i just need to make a windows xp vm (i'll try this out and report if it works)
Edit: switch your local to japanese or else the game won't launch because of encoding errors Control Panel > Region > Admin > Language for non-unicode
