I lost the time to vote on it (though I probably wouldn't vote anyway given my limitations), but I'm still curious on what exactly the winning character, game and music get? The site doesn't seem to say anything. The character gets a new plush / fumo? A new dedicated art done by ZUN? A copy of the game autographed by ZUN? A new version of the music made by ZUN? Though it says it's "unnoficial" so ZUN probably doesn't even show up, I'm not even sure if there's actual local meeting for this voting or if it's just a online thing lol, what's the deal?

I'm not really sure myself. I haven't paid much attention to the past Touhou popularity polls (aside from some memes regarding them), and I only decided to participate in this one as it's the first I've been given the chance to.
Though, I don't think the winning character gets anything besides increased recognition.

Regardless, as far as I know of, ZUN does pay attention to the Touhou popularity polls despite them not being official.

Also, shoutout to the ONE single voter of Zashiki-warashi, you're a real one.
(Also, why did people even vote for the Salt Merchant (11 Votes) anyways? He literally killed and ate one of his beloved horses and got posessed and killed by his own horses' spirit which turned into an Umatsuki, so much so that Reimu was forced to exterminate it after determining that he could not be saved, only leaving behind the salt merchant's lifeless body.)
