Do you vote on toho-vote.info?

I unfortunately didn't. I had other stuff to do at the time, and I had forgotten about it a bit later. Not to mention that I don't know what times it ran for, and I didn't know if I would need an account or not.
Also, I'm guessing you are referring to the Touhou popularity poll in this.

The time for voting is on the website, bonus information, today is the time you can vote until 28th of August.
About account, you don't need it, once you put your email you will be given ID you will have to put (if you don't have an account) on every section of voting.
Although you would need to use DeepL for translating, DeepL is crucial since everything is in japanese and google translator isn't accurate for translating whole sencences, idioms, etc. unlike DeepL.

I'm might not vote (as I don't want to use a translation thing to try to understand stuff), but if I do, some of them I'd vote for would be Letty, Hina, Medicine, Orin, Kokoro, Yukari, Chen, Eiki, and Okina (if you're able to vote for that many, that is).

Actually, scratch not doing it. I think I might do it either later today or tomorrow.

The options for characters were translated by the website this year, as according to me and this (voting guide) website. Everything else wasn't though, so you have to use the built in translator in your browser.

I just looked at the page (albeit in private browsing), so I saw how the website is.

Of these characters, I put Letty, Medicine, Hina, Orin, Kokoro, Yukari, and Chen.
