Do the website editors actually put viruses in the files?

Hi! I came back on the website not too long ago to download the rest of the Touhou games I was missing (17-19 and all spin-offs), then I noticed that the bar advertising the Minecraft server said that the site editors put viruses in the files. I'm not sure if that's a joke or not, but it's definitely got me a little sketched out.

I'm hoping it's a prank by someone, because I've been using this website for awhile, and I don't wanna find another website to download Touhou games from. So, I'm hoping it's not true.

so this is funny, none of us know how to make virus, thats the first thing
secondly, from the first point, we dont even want to have virus on our computers lol. enough of a hassle to crack games already i aint specially spend time to put rensenware in each and every upload lol. thanks
