do I need 10.5 score file for unlocking all contents in hisoutensoku?

the score file on 10.5 download page had been inaccessible. 
I would like to play 10.5+12.3 with everything unlocked.  is 10.5 score file also needed alongside the 12.3 one?
also how do i apply the score files?

For our purposes, we want to play Touhou 12.3 with every character unlocked. Now, the score file for Touhou 10.5 is not required, only a score file is needed for Touhou 12.3.

Save data is stored in the Touhou 12.3 game folder as "score123.dat", so to have fully unlocked game, simply replace the file with a completed one.
