Contingency plans for the Touhou characters

Yukari or Okina or someone important with a lot of power thought that a lot of Gensokyo's residents are far too dangerous for it's balance or whatever.

So she/they developed highly efficient contingency plans to neutralize them in case they become specially dangerous.

Now... How would these plans be? Would they use a special chemical substance? Mess with their minds? use some kind of machine or device?

However it is, he purpose is to have a metod so that EVERYONE can use, to completely exterminate them, in the most efficient way posible.

I believe a UV lantern could be a Threat for the Scarlet sisters.

Now, imagine a suit full of UV lanterns. For them, you'd be literally a walking sun.

Yukari would be straight up killing everyone like King Von or Dirlewanger tbh. Only people she'd struggle with would be Reimu, Kasen, Utsuho, Marisa. She wouldn't be able to do much to Eientei or Hakugyokurou. Not counting Lunar Capital characters or Yukari's and Okina's goons.

The sad thing is that this would be a very interesting thread if Touhou character abilities weren't so incredibly vague. It isn't even explicitly stated what they do most of the time, let alone their limitations and weaknesses.
