ive been wanting to start collection touhou stuff for a while now, but there arent really any otaku shops in my country and i dont know where i should order those things from and which place is the cheapest and highest qualirty

Try Amazon or Amiami, though goodies tend to get quite pricey regardless of where you look for

You could try Akiba Hobby.
Their figures are decently priced.
The shipping cost is pretty expensive, though.

amiami or akiba hobby, tokyo otaku also is really good. And make sure to check what you buy like a schizo
