Just wondering if there is. The Doll Maker of Bucuresti (PCB Stage 3 theme) is one of my favorite Touhou themes, and much of that is most likely due to the organ sound setting a lot of the darker tone of the theme.
Well, even if doesn't include the organ, I'd still accept suggestions which have a similar feeling of "dread" that the original theme has.
Most arranges of Doll Maker of Bucuresti seem to be generally more "happy" or at least "upbeat" (even the arranges from the official Touhou fighting games), which is somewhat strange considering the darker tone of the original theme.
Of course, the arrangements (regardless of whether or not it includes the organ) could be suggested from anywhere. There would most likely be a YouTube video somewhere which contains this sort of arrangement.
