Hey bros, hope that you are all doing well. I am doing very well myself, thank you very kindly. Why do you ask? BECAUSE I HAVE NO WORK FOR A WEEK. yup thats right, only video game time and video game work assignment. Other than that, nothing really new going on for me, but a lot has been going on in the 61e.
Lets talk about how things have been going
61e-AS-OC:
Pretty good news all in all in Asia, I would say our attendance has been great and the Hong Kong event has been consistently pulling really healthy numbers. I think I must be saying this at this point about every issue when I talk about Asia, but it makes me so hapy to know how well the Hong Kong events are doing. Recently an agreement has been made with the entire chinese community that from now, we will all be attending 1 event every saturday ran by the Greatming in the HK server which will be a standard linebattle, then in the following week, there will be another event ran by us where we do the RLB event that we have been doing for the couple of months or so. Recently our best bros, the 36th, de facto unbanned from the rest of chinese NW community. Additionally, the chinese community in general now seems to respect the foreign players as an integral part of the CN community overall, so it really like we truly are a core part of the cn community.
On another note, something I noted that in that event I saw that my pal hikkupz was having his regiment play along the 3e. To me, this was a very impressive sight. I always knew the 3e and 10thRM as long time rivals, but to see them willing to play together was a very interesting sight. I used to always criticize the Australian and Chinese NW community for having 100 year long grudges, but it really does seem that in this part of the world at least, time really heal all wounds.
61e-SA
The news recently for South America has been nothing short of amazing, both the 1aGIB and FEB have reformed and are back into full activity. Also, the ERB has seen a decent growth in numbers as well. In order to support their growth, the 61e has been giving out CD keys that they can use to gather new recruits. I can tell that the FEB have been fielding alot of new players and have been needing to train them as they have been routinely using the SA servers in NW for this exactly. In fact, there was an incident where they were trying to use the evento america server as a training ground for their troops right before the event happened. However, we got them to play in the SA server we have to as well, which I will say for all the SA players out there, that server is a sandbox, if for any reason you would like to do an SA event, play a mod in SA, just let me know because that server since the SA players have moved in total to Miami has been collecting dust.
61e-EU
At the EU scene, nothing too new has been happening, my good pal Kieran has been picking up numbers at his Saturday event. When the 1stGLI event had first spurred out, there was a concern that alot of the attendance would force Kieran to shut down his Saturday 19th event. Some of the 61e members we're doubtful about whether the 19th event would be able to continue, but it was agreed that Kieran is one of our bros and we wanted to stick it out with them. Thankfully, it seems our commitments have paid out because the numbers are already hitting over 120 again at this event.
At one of the recent EU events, one of our great warriors sir John Semen had taken out 8 soldiers by himself in a solo melee charge when all the 61e except for him died. Oh yeah, there is another event that we are currently attending. This event is called the 60th linebattle event that happens every Thursday. It seems like the 60th is a newer EU regiment that was born out of the ashes of the 24th that had recently disbanded due to an internal dispute. Mrrob is the new boss. I dont know much about him, but from the few conversations I had with him, he seems like a guy who is very dedicated to his reg and the game overall so I have nothing bad to say about him.
On the other side as well, we had some envoys from the 63rd come to meet me and Ozan. The 63rd is a Turkish regiment that is let by a guy called Eternal (or at least I think he is the boss). He has merced for us quite a few times, so I am pretty cool with him. After having a good conversation with him, it seems that he will be bringing some of his guys to our NA event which any human being at any event is good news for me.
61e-NA
Last NA event was pretty good, that map that we had that event was pretty cool... If you were there, you know what I mean, its the one that everyone at the NA event except for vinicius likes. It was this map where at one side there was this small island that you could go to and on the other side was a hill that both sides were trying to capture. Dare I say it... It felt like a real life war. It also seems like attendance has been picking back up at the NA event since the schism. ~95 distinct players were at our event. I am still reaching out to some other players to try to get more people to come, but all in all, I believe as long as we call pull up numbers to hit at least 80, I am pretty content with the event. Especially with the recent good news in Asia, I should be able to call all the CN/OC bros to come help us out with the numbers from time to time.
On other good news, I have taking the time to read up on NW scripting a bit more. its been a while since I made a revision to the Auto admin we have and I would like to make some changes. For example, to make it possible to remove everyones ammo during all charge and perhaps make it so everyone can shoot once in all charge, but not reload. Or maybe even edit how many bullets each soldier can have... I always thought 30 bullets were a little too excessive...

Selic has recently got better internet. Selic lives in the middle of nowhere with 1b per second internet. But miraculously, some people came in to install fiber optic connection to his neighborhood. The people who were installing the fiber optic told him that it would only take about 2 weeks max to get the internet installed. However, little did he know it would actually be like 3 months lol. Thankfully though it has been installed and his connection seems good enough to not lag at any of our fucking eu4 games anymore.
