late reply. if you downloaded EoSD from moriya shrine. open vpatch.ini in notepad and change the values to turn it into windowed. its much better for me cuz the shuffling happens to me too especially since I got 2 monitors.

I think anyone who has a smidgen of interest in touhou and touhou-adjacent media is a fan. I think what's small is the danmaku/fan danmaku community for touhou. Also I find it obnoxious that some fans gatekeep by saying that you need to 1cc the game to be a fan. Absolutely retarded thing to say.

I personally dislike Touhou 17's beast token/hyper system. Visual clutter was at its worst in this game. Plus the hyper system just made the game's survival and scoring too boring imo. And the stages being bland and boring don't help too.
