KKHTA lowkey has a sad ending, it may not be an anime but its close to it, since it's an animated manga. Jojo's Bizarre Adventure part 6 could make one cry too at the end but it's not explicitly sad (unless you liked the character who died there). But there are 2 important characters, Jotaro...
