For some reason, the game does not save. I play, I get my score in the scoreboard, then I exit the game, start it again, and my scores are gone and the difficulty defaults to normal again. I'm using Linux, so I wonder if this is a WINE thing?

hey y'all i has a bit of an issue, i try and open the game and then it changes resolution, which i know for a fact it is meant to do, but the game itself never opens. any reasons why this might be?

I'm also on Linux, though the game does save for me. I don't know why you have that issue, but I can at least give a description of my own setup, in case it helps. I've written it down before here.

Thank you. I use stock WINE instead of through Bottles, but this post was pretty enlightening. Maybe I'll try running it on Bottles next. In the meantime, I've just been using the GensokyoClub decomp and following the story through the wiki.
