Favourite boss from each stage?

I don't think similiar post was ever made anywhen soon and i just felt like making a post just for the sake of livelity of this forums, as well as for the sake of sharing the passion for our favourite touhou characters.

So, what's your favourite boss for each stage in each game, and what is your fav midboss that doesn't appear anywhere as a boss?
I'll start:
Stage 1 - Rumia
Stage 2 - Kogasa Tatara
Stage 3 - Alice (pc98)
Stage 4 - Satori Komeiji
Stage 5 - Reisen Udongein Inaba
Stage 6 - Kaguya Houraisan
Extra Stage - Koishi Komeiji
Stage Above 6 - Yumemi Okazaki
Midboss only - Momiji Inubashiri

Hmm. I'm not sure there is really one answer for me.
Though I guess in some ways, it might would go like this (but all of them would still have multiple characters):
Stage 1 - Letty, Rumia, SinGyoku (PC-98)
Stage 2 - Hina, Chen, Mystia
Stage 3 - Keine, Meiling, Nareko, Kagerou
Stage 4 - Prismriver Sisters, Satori, Medicine
Stage 5 - Rin, Youmu, Tsukasa
Stage 6 - Yuyuko, Eirin, Kaguya, Junko, Kokoro, Okina, Remilia, Utsuho, Keiki, Shion, Shinki (PC-98)
Above Stage 6 - Komachi, Eiki
Extra Stage - Yukari, Ran, Nue, Raiko, Hecatia
Midboss Only - Daiyousei, Lily, Momiji

Is that about all them? I guess it might be.
Most of them are obviously final bosses, and of course, it'd be simply impossible for me to choose even just three each among those final bosses especially.

(Edit: Forgot to add Hecatia.)
(Second Edit: Added Medicine in as part of the fourth stage crew.)
(Third Edit - Added the "Above Stage 6" section.)
(Fourth Edit: Switched Eiki from Stage 6 to Above Stage 6.)

Well, stripping out some of the ones I "less favour" would probably result in this:
Stage 1 - Letty
Stage 2 - Hina and Chen
Stage 3 - Keine and Meiling
Stage 4 - Prismriver Sisters, Satori, and Medicine (Remains unchanged.)
Stage 5 - Rin
Stage 6 - Yuyuko, Kaguya, Junko, Kokoro, Okina, Remilia, and Shinki
Above Stage 6 - Komachi and Eiki
Extra Stage - Yukari and Ran
Midboss Only - Daiyousei and Lily

Do you have any favourites from stages above 6?
 
Ah. I also would've included characters such as Medicine, but as far as I remember, she appears in different stages.
Though I guess depending on when she appears in the PoFV story mode, she could be counted as a character above stage 6 which I like.

From games that have more than 6 stages, these games have these characters included:
Chiyuri Kitashirakawa, Yumemi Okazaki, Yuuka Kazami, Komachi Onozuka, Eiki Shiki Yamaxanadu, Zanmu Nippaku

So yeah, I think it remains unchanged. I forgot though how Eiki isn't among the Stage 6 people (as I was just thinking about how most Stage 6 bosses are final bosses). I like Yuuka, but for one, I think I prefer her PoFV appearance more, and she just isn't one I would really count among my favorites, but I do still like her character (in both Windows and PC-98) regardless.
