I looked up a guide, and I will quote it in a bit. But you're supposed to download them all (maybe the digital limited pack is optional? Not sure), and combine/join them, if I know correctly. Here's what the guide said:

Guide:
Open 7-zip tool
Navigate to the folder where the split files are located (.001, .002, .003 etc)
Select the file with the extension .001
Right click and choose the option 'Combine files'
Choose the destination folder where you want the combined file to be places. Press "OK"

But there might be a simpler way. Just as a guess alone, if you have 7zip installed and right-click the 001 file, there might already be an option to combine or join them there, maybe.

After doing that, I think you can extract them.
